Wescar Eliscar
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Wescar is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise and a strong background in accounting, finance, economic development, and entrepreneurship. For over a decade, as an associate business advisor, he has applied his full range of skills to benefit small and medium-sized enterprises, cooperatives, and community organizations across Canada.
On the entrepreneurial front, Wescar also serves as the Director of Operations at FOKA INTERNATIONAL, a Canadian company specializing in agribusiness and the promotion of health, natural, and organic products.
Highly dedicated to community and social activities, Wescar has served on the board of several regional organizations in Ontario, both English-speaking and French-speaking. His involvement with SADDEC naturally stems from his concern for empowering local communities for genuine socio-economic development and collective well-being.

Yves Francis Danteu
ADMINISTRATOR
A visionary, unifying, and strategically focused leader driven towards tangible actions, where healthy collaboration is essential for any lasting change.
Yves has held roles as a member, vice-president, and president on two school boards in the Greater Toronto Area.
His diverse experiences within the Ontario public sector, non-profit sector, and private sector are an exceptional asset. Within the non-profit sector, he initiated inspiring projects such as Inclusive Governance and STIM Champions.
Yves consistently maintains a lens of equity in all his projects.

Kelogue Thérasmé, PHD
ADMINISTRATOR
With over fifteen years of professional experience in urban planning and studies, information systems, and business intelligence, Thérasmé occasionally serves as a lecturer in the Bachelor’s program in Urban Planning and frequently shares expertise internationally.
Holder of a doctorate in Urban Studies and a degree in Applied Economics with a specialization in planning, he has contributed to various academic research projects and scientific article publications. He has also completed a program in the Internet of Things.
Thérasmé acts as an advisor in various fields related to regional development, community, and local businesses. It’s natural for him to engage with SADDEC to contribute to the socio-economic improvement of our community.

Olga Bromley
ADMINISTRATOR
Olga Bromley is a dedicated professional with a strong background in administrative support and organizational management. Her experience in the financial sector has equipped her with skills in coordination, communication, and client relations.
Olga’s commitment to community development and her organizational expertise make her a valuable asset to SADDEC-ECED’s mission of empowering local communities through socio-economic initiatives.

Furantze Pierre
ADMINISTRATOR
Mrs. Furantze Pierre, brings over a decade of experience in program coordination, capacity-building, and policy engagement within the non-profit and educational sectors. She has led initiatives in youth mentorship, women’s empowerment, and sustainable community development.
Passionate about inclusion and intercultural dialogue, she contributes her leadership and expertise to advancing SADDEC-ECED’s mission of strengthening francophone and diverse communities across Ontario.
